The Asian Development Bank has its headquarters in the Ortigas area of Pasig. A considerable number of major local and foreign corporations also hold office in the same Ortigas office complex. Surrounding this office development, which sits astride Espanio de los Santos highway (the major peripheral road of Metro Manila), are several residential villages as well as the Greenhills Shopping Centre.

The prime residential villages here are Greenhills Village and Corinthian Gardens. Rental rates for unfurnished homes in these villages are from 85,000 - 180,000 pesos per month. Also popular are White Plains, Valle Verde and Green Meadows villages where the rental rates for unfurnished homes are from 55,000 - 100,000 pesos per month.
